Autologik, a division of Dorner Mfg. Corp, is located in Hartland, Wisconsin, approximately 25 miles west of Milwaukee. Dorner was established in 1965 as a tool and die manufacturer.

It was in the stamping process that the need for a more effective way to remove parts and slugs from beneath dies was identified.

Hence, the development of a low profile powered belt conveyor. Subsequently the Dorner's recognized the commercial potential for such a conveyor and took it to market in 1973.

Today, the Dorner Standard Products Division is recognized for its high quality, low profile, belt conveyors and accessories.

In 1981 the foundation for Autologik was laid when Dorner diversified into the design and manufacture of complete systems that were focused on providing customers with automated material handling solutions.

Over the years, due to innovative design and extreme reliability, this segment of the business has also grown.

In 1999, due to the growth of both business segments, as well as the uniqueness of each, Dorner Mfg. Corp divided into what is now Autologik, and Dorner Standard Products. Today, Autologik enjoys a position of leadership in "Distribution Center Automation".
