About as simple as it gets, the "DCR-300" series makes the effort associated with loaf accumulation a very elegant one.
The "DCR-300" model bolts onto the side of a conveyor. It is semi-automatic and easy to use.
The operators pack off of it as it creates a horizontal loaf of parts. It can loaf at approximately 65 to 85 parts per minute.
It works well on reasonably consistent sized product such as; CD's, DVD's, Video's, Paperback Books, and Software boxes.
This design, as well as variations of it, is compatible with our full range of flat sorters.
Although some customers don't want or need it, in several cases stacking makes the unloading of parts, along with the subsequent box filling, more efficient. In addition, the risk of part damage is decreased.
