It not only loafs the articles it catches (rectangular items), but it can accumulate up to 4 feet of loafed product, push the loaf of product out to the operator(s) unloading the line, and set itself up to start receiving articles for the next loaf.

This patented design is applicable to both our Media Max 350 solution as well as our flat and crossbelt sorters.

Although some customers don't want or need it, in several cases loafing the articles makes unloading of parts, along with the subsequent box filling, more efficient. In addition, the risk of part damage is decreased.
