Whenever contacting us for service on equipment furnished by Autologik, it will be very helpful for you to know the original "JOB NUMBER" assigned to the equipment.
Contracted Services
System upgrades and contracted services outside of normal service support are typically defined with a Statement of Work. These services, if purchased as time and material, are billed using the applicable billing rates as shown in the Service Plan Rate Summary table.
Annual Service Contracts
Standard
Service is available 24/7 on a time required basis.
Level 1
Annual Fee includes free phone consultation between 7:30AM and 4:30PM at your installation site and discounted rates after hours, weekends and holidays. One annual service inspection is included. Response time is less than two hours.
Level 2
Annual Fee includes free phone consultation during normal business hours, after hours and weekends. Holiday coverage is available at discounted hourly rates. One annual service inspection is included. Response time is less than one hour.
